Contrinex ultrasonic sensors detect solid, liquid, granular or powdered materials in air, tolerating precipitation, humidity, dust and fumes. Targets may be colored, transparent, polished or matt; detection is independent of travel direction. Diffuse-mode and reflex sensors emit sound bursts and measure echo time. Not suited to very hot targets.

RFID tags (transponders) identify objects through production and logistics, with no line of sight needed, storing data for tracking, tracing and quality assurance. Built for networked automation, flexible production, and warehousing or logistics. Our all-metal low-frequency tags are the most durable available; our high-frequency system allows up to 253 addresses per console.
